I predominantly paint birds and landscapes in oils, combining my hobbies of bird watching and walking for sketches and fieldwork.

The North Norfolk coast where I live is a very special place for wildlife and features in many of my works along with scenes from travels to other parts of Britain. Art trips to Scotland and Orkney to paint seabirds have been particularly special.

In the studio I enjoy painting still life and experimenting with other media, in particular pastels and pen & wash.

Over the past 15 years I have exhibited my work widely in Surrey and London and I was a Fellow of the Molesey Art Society.
